In May 2008 TechnoScrap S.A. invested in the field of recycling lifecycle end vehicles inaugurating in its site, a modern processing plant for decontamination and recycling of old cars. This unit enables the demolition of end of life vehicles and the final recycling of liquids and solid metallic and non-metallic waste. Thus, the owner of an old vehicle is not obliged to road tax charges and other costs, while valuable parking spaces are released in cities. Furthermore recycled minerals, tires and preserved parts return to the market flow.

The company specifically offers following services for the recycling of old vehicles:

• Withdrawal and permanent deletion of the registration of any old car, van and truck (up to 3.5 tones)
• Transport within Viotia and Evvoia
• The purchase of the right of withdrawal from the owner
